Lime Paint - mineral calce paint

 
Lime Paint is mineral paint based on slaked lime and principally inorganic stable pigments. Its high transpiration together with the carbonation reaction gives the paint excellent adhesion to mineral substrates without flaking. In addition, the natural calcium oxide composition of the product makes it resistant to attacks by bacteria and fungi, thus fighting the formation of mold inside buildings. Typically used as an exterior wall coating, Lime Paint serves many purposes, such as, lime washing, fresco fresco painting, and suede tone finishing. When diluted, it creates a dimensional surface with both light and dark shades of the particular base color of the paint itself.
